Most of the information that we collect comes directly from our consumers via our call center or website as part of the application process or as a requirement to use certain features available on our website. In addition, we occasionally gather information from other sources including public records, credit repositories, or approved business affiliates and partners. Information collected includes but not limited to property information and credit information.

NewDay USA obtains only the minimal amount of information that is necessary to effectively market our products, or that is required to process a home loan and render an approval decision.
 

All information is retained solely by our company except that which is required to share with our partners as a necessary function of the process. Such partners include title and escrow companies, appraisal services, and to a limited extent our business affiliates and partners. Additionally, information may be shared with partner companies, as permitted by each user or customer.
 

From time to time, NewDay USA will send marketing information and notification of special promotions to our customers via e-mail, direct mail, or by phone. We do not sell or share customer information to unaffiliated third parties except as expressly permitted by law.

ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY FOR CALIFORNIA USERS: New Day Financial LLC (NewDay USA) and other non-affiliated parties may collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our website. The NewDay USA website does not treat browsers that send a “do not track” signal differently from browsers that do not send one. We do not allow other parties to collect personally identifiable information about consumers’ online activities over time and across different web sites when the consumer uses our web site.

• Categories of third parties with whom New Day may share personally identifiable information: We may share personally identifiable information that we collect with our affiliates, including Chrysalis Analytics LLC, a nonfinancial company, and nonaffiliated companies that provide services to us in maintaining our web site.

• New Day does not offer a process for consumers to review and request changes to the personally identifiable information that it collects through its website.
